Child hood obesity is a growing problem in developed countries today and will more than likely start with the parents.Children will closely watch what their parents do and will often copy their actions. If parents like to eat a lot of junk food and sweets, then the logical consequence is children will think that is okay and they will not think about the implications. If you are not prepared to prepare healthy meals for your children and constantly just use fast food outlets to cure their hunger you are storing up trouble. If one of your most pressing issues as a parent is safety for children, you are not alone. There are more and more stories on the news that make it seem as if no child is safe anywhere. Though you might think that some parents go overboard when they are protecting their children, I happen to be of the mind that it is much better to be paranoid than to be too lax. Your children need you to protect them because they are not yet able to protect themselves. They need you to look out for them.
