Child Hood Obesity - A Growing Epidemic
Child hood obesity is a growing problem in developed countries today and will more than likely start with the parents.Children will closely watch what their parents do and will often copy their actions. If parents like to eat a lot of junk food and sweets, then the logical consequence is children will think that is okay and they will not think about the implications. If you are not prepared to prepare healthy meals for your children and constantly just use fast food outlets to cure their hunger you are storing up trouble. These are not good habits to teach children as they all lead to child hood obesity.
Young people struggling with weight issues are an increasing problem. Around 15% of children are obese and the numbers are growing by the day. Some parents think that their children are bound to be overweight because they are themselves and that is just genetics. This is not the case. That means studying the basics of soccer that include where each position can go, what they can do, and also what might bring about a penalty.
